お盆が過ぎ、茅ヶ崎の浜辺にも秋の気配が。空が高く風が涼しくなり、夕陽の色が淡麗になった。富士山の頂に傘雲が懸り、残照が輝く。月が登り、光が海に煌めいた。江の島の灯台の光に見守られた夕べ。

日が暮れて浜に上がってくるサーファーのシルエットは美しい。向こうに富士山も見える。茅ヶ崎の浜辺はフォトジェニック。名残惜しそうに波を眺め、家路を急ぎ、波を探す…サーファーたちの瞬間を集めた。

茅ヶ崎には氷室椿庭園という椿の名所があり、見頃を迎えている。庭園内には1000本、250種類の椿が植えられていて美麗、壮観。桜、石楠花、水仙も咲き、鶯の鳴き声も聞こえる。春風駘蕩。
