八女の茶畑を見降ろす丘に立ち、有明海に沈む夕陽を眺める。はるか佐賀の聖岳もかすかに見える。とても美しい。周辺には３００基の古墳があり、八女は豊饒な地であったことが伺える。

Standing on a hill overlooking Yame’s tea plantation, I watch the sunset over the Ariake Sea. Mt. Hijridake in Saga, far away, is also faintly visible. Very beautiful. There are 300 tumuli in the vicinity, which shows that Yame was a prosperous place.
佇立在俯瞰八女茶田的山丘上，眺望沉入有明海的夕陽。還依稀可以看到遙遠的佐賀聖嶽。景色非常美。周邊有300座古墳，八女是富饒之地。
